Return Policy

60 day return warranty

Ardinbir is proud to offer a 60 day return or exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. No matter what reason it may be, as long as you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Ardinbir within 45 days of receipt of items. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Rule of return

1. All returns must be pre-authorized through our Customer Service Department first. The returned items must be in the original packaging with all the accessories.
2. Please save your receipt. Any goods returning must be accompanied with a sales receipt.
3. A replacement or a repair will be offered for the merchandise with a manufacture defect. And a refund will be granted in case that the replacement is not available in our inventory.
4. Product with damages due to misuse or improper practice by the customer will not be replaced and no refund will be issued either.
5. The standard shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund or credit for non-defective items returning.
6. No Return/Exchange on Underwater equipment that has been submerged
7. Please allow at least 7 business days for return processing.
8. Ardinbir holds no responsibility for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
9. In case that any of the above conditions are not met, ardinbir reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.

Return instruction

1. Contact our customer representatives to obtain a pre-authorization.
2. Obtain a confirmation email for items returning instructions.
3. Please do not write on, or place shipping labels directly onto the manufacturer's packaging. Please kindly place the original package into a shipping box.
4. Please include a copy of your invoice in the returning package.
5. Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
