How long does it take for International order delivery?

It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. However a delay may occur due to locations and customs inspections.

 

Do I have to pay custom duties or fees?

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and charges in destination country.

 

Can I get a tracking number for my package / Where is my package?

l US customers: a tracking number will be provided

l International Customers: there is no tracking number for USPS international first class package. Tracking number is available for USPS international priority package.

 

What shall I do if the package is lost?

We bear no responsibility for the loss because of wrong or undeliverable address;

For the lost package due to the shipping carrier’s reason

l US customers: We will contact the carrier for the insurance and we will send out a replacement.

l International customers: Considering the frequent delay in international delivery, please wait at least one month to verify that the package is really lost; we will send out a replacement then.

 

What should I do if my address is not correct?

Customers are highly suggested to contact local carrier for either rescheduling shipping or arranging a pick-up. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it to the newly provided right address at customers’ cost of reshipping.

 

What shall I do if the product is defective?

We will offer either a repair or a replacement for the merchandise with a defect out of manufacture. Refund will be issued if no replacement is available in our inventory.

 

What should I do if I buy the wrong unit?

We will issue a full refund per customer’s request for transaction cancellation. In case that the package is shipped out already, we will refund the amount with shipping cost deducted after the receipt of the returned package.
